Bring A Guest with Bring-a-Friend Tickets
To thank you for your patronage, we invite you to bring along your family, friends and co-workers! Every subscriber is still entitled to one bring a friend ticket based on the number of subscription purchased (i.e if you purchased 2 subscriptions you are entitled to 2 Bring-A-friend tickets throughout the 2024-2025 season).
To redeem your Bring-a-Friend Ticket(s)*:
Please redeem your ticket(s) at least one week prior to the concert date by calling our Box Office at (703) 548-0885, or by emailing your request to Ryan Jordan at jordan@alexsym.org. We ask that you provide the name and home address or email of your guest to better help us introduce that patron to the ASO! Please Note: Due to the smaller seating capacity at the George Washington Masonic Memorial, we encourage any requests for Sunday tickets be arranged as soon as possible.
Exchange your TICKETS for Free!
Can’t use your tickets? Subscribers can exchange their tickets free of charge! Alternatively, you can donate your unused tickets and receive a receipt for tax purposes stating the re-sale value. Please inform us by phone or via email at least one week before the performance date if you are exchanging or returning tickets. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the ASO Box Office at (703) 548-0885 during the hours of 10:00am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are always happy to help our subscribers find the solution to any ticketing issues.
